This survey is to sign up to get a DART Pass for each academic semester, which will be paid for by you by being added to your student account.<br />

For the Fall semester, the passes are good from 9/1/2026 through 12/31/2026.<br />
For the Spring Semester, the passes are good from 1/1/2027 through 5/31/2027.<br />
<br />
If completed by August 1st, these charges will post to your account prior to refund disbursements. If completed after August 15th, the charge may not post until AFTER your refund disbursement.<br />

By completing this survey, you agree to have the DART Pass cost of $192 charged to your student account, and you will be responsible for paying said charges.
